The position

There are many terms for this: executive search, headhunting, personnel consulting … it basically means the same thing. Just don’t confuse this with employment agency, that’s pretty much the opposite of that! Our understanding of personnel consulting differs in some points from what is conventionally associated with it, and the buzzwords of lean processes and the paperless office have long been a reality with us. That being said, we prefer to be unconventional and creative, we do some things differently and are more effective and successful as a result.

You are a consultant, manager, coach … and of course very special and first and foremost also a professional “persuader”. Convince? Well, the whole process of filling a vacancy is nothing more than a multi-directional persuasion process, and that’s how we treat it.

As a consultant, you are the contact person for your customers – the employer – when filling vacant positions. You coordinate the requirements profile with them, carry out the briefing with our research, filter out from the potential candidates in discussions and interviews those who are most suitable for the position and thus for a presentation at the employer and guide the candidates through the introductory process across the finish line, the employment contract.

You can concentrate fully on your task as a project manager and do not need to carry out any candidate research in this position; this service is made available to you by Crowbell.

You can start as a partner part-time or full-time.

your qualification

It is well known that humans descend from hunters, gatherers and trappers. Exactly these skills are required in this job! Can you proceed discreetly, but purposefully and success-oriented? Do you enjoy getting concrete results in a short period of time? Then you could find the right job with us!

What they need is a solid intellectual basis, sales orientation and entrepreneurial thinking and acting. In addition, you should have a good perception, sociability, charm and fluency as well as persuasiveness, tenacity, good self-organization, discipline and a strong will to succeed – in other words: you have “bite”. You are also a passionate team player, you enjoy working with people, you have excellent communication skills and you find daily work with the telephone, PC and the Internet easy.

Becoming a recruiter is a very personal decision. You don’t become it because you’ve learned it or studied it, but because you want to. You don’t have to have done the job yet, you can get the tools from us. For us there is just as little “too old” as there is “too young”, it is also less about what you have done so far, but more about what you want to do and, above all, what you think you can do – and that’s not on your résumé or certificates, only you know that.

Academic training or comparable knowledge is desirable, experience in personnel consulting or research would be ideal.
